Building access

We aim to make all visitors welcome.  

Our building was redeveloped to ensure that physical access within the building is improved for everyone. New lifts mean that people can access all four floors of Arnolfini. We have installed new baby changing facilities to make it easier for those with young children. We have also designed our desk areas to be lower and so more user friendly for our customers. There are now disabled toilets on every floor of the building.

Guide Dogs are welcome and we have an induction loop system.

Unfortunately we have not been able to change the area around our building which is cobbled. There are parking spaces for disabled visitors outside the main entrance, accessed via Farr’s Lane. If you don’t have an assistant, please phone ahead to get the barrier lifted. We have a wheelchair available inside the building.
