Arnolfini event hires and hospitality

Arnolfini is a unique venue with an enviable position on Bristol’s Harbourside,yet close to the city centre. Incorporating art galleries, a live art/ music/ cinema venue, bookshop and café bar, Arnolfini is a dynamic and versatile location suitable for a variety of events.

We offer flexibly priced packages for fully catered events, professional sound, lighting, projection and presentation facilities and box office support to help ensure your event is a success.

We pride ourselves on our friendly and realistic approach to managing your event combined with a wealth of technical and practical expertise.

Previous events hosted at Arnolfini have included workshops, away-days, breakfast seminars, screenings, television recordings, drinks receptions, conferences and board meetings. Due to the unique nature of our venue we are open to suggestions for alternative events also.

Catering is available for all events through our café bar, with a range of menus and delegate packages priced from under £10.

Spaces for Hire

Cinema/ theatre– an adaptable space with newly refurbished raked seating for a maximum of 209 people. Incorporating a large cinema screen and projection facilities, this space is ideal for conferences, large screenings and seminars. Seating is flexible and can be moved to create a larger stage area. We offer dressing rooms with en-suite bathroom facilities if required. General technical support is included in the price. The theatre is fully accessible for wheelchair users and fitted with an induction loop.

Dark Studio

A dramatic room ideal for screenings, presentations or as a rehearsal space (capacity of 50 in theatre-style seating, and up to 60 for drinks receptions). The room is equipped with a digital projector connected to DVD and VHS players and laptop point for presentations or screenings.

Light Studio

A large white space with panoramic harbour views. Ideal for larger meetings, launches, creative sessions and discussion groups, it has a capacity of 20 for boardroom style, 40 for theatre style seating and up to 60 for a drinks reception. Wireless internet connection is available here upon request.

Meeting room

This bright room overlooks the historic harbourside and has a seated capacity of 12-16 arranged in a boardroom style. The room benefits from wireless broadband and a pull down projection screen.

Foyer/Galleries

We also hire our galleries and foyer spaces for drinks receptions- priced on application. The three floors are available for hire from 6pm- 11pm and we can arrange unique private access to our exhibitions.
