A Study Day for Students
An in-depth exploration of the ways historical and contemporary artists use time, and representations of time, within their work. Focusing on examples in Presentness is Grace as well as references to the previous Michael Snow exhibition, this day of discussion, workshops and presentations will cover a wide range of artforms and issues: from still life painting to performance; from ideas of the sublime, to those of dislocated and fractured time. This event is aimed at art, art history, media and performing arts students but all interested students are welcome.
