KU-SAU-CHIK: work in progress and post show discussion
Are angels our guardians, or is it vice versa? KU-SAU-CHIK is a dance performance piece exploring human contact with angels and how we interpret our world through notions of ‘the other’. Three phases of KU-SAU-CHIK will be performed at half-hour intervals; audience members have an opportunity move around the space to view the installed dance work and experience each phase from a different perspective. Established by dancer and choreographer Charlotte Hacker (ex-member of experimental company, Extemporary Dance Theatre), Company Q is a Bristol-based collective working to develop a vigorous and interactive dialogue between dance, photography, video, design and music. KU-SAU-CHIK is their second work for Arnolfini Live.
