Co-curator of Documenta 11, art critic and now adjunct professor at the Instituto Universitario di Architettura di Venezia, Carlos Basualdo will discuss how globalisation is affecting the exhibition, commissioning and production of contemporary art.

Launch of the book Contemporary Art: From Studio to Situation
This event will also launch the book, Contemporary Art: From Studio to Situation, published by Black Dog Publishing in association with Arnolfini and Situations. This publication includes lecture transcripts, newly commissioned essays and interviews with key artists, curators and writers from the first Situations lecture series.

Venue: Lecture Theatre 2, School of Chemistry, Bristol University, Cantocks Close, off Woodland Road, Bristol
