Making Connexions
In collaboration with NSEAD
This seminar series is open to all those who wish to be involved in rethinking art and design education – including artists, art educators, curators, intermediaries and academics. The issues to be addressed are postmodern discourses in contemporary art and education; collaborative and interdisciplinary practice; lifelong learning and wider access to art and design; case studies of art and design education and contemporary practice. This event is one in a series of three regional seminars. It is an opportunity to become involved in a travelling debate in response to the recent NACCCE ‘All Our Futures’ report and in turn inform the wider development of postmodern practice.
The event is hosted by Arnolfini, but for details or to book, please call Penny Hay at the National Society for Education in Art and Design on 01249 714825.
£15.00/£10.00 concession (ticket price includes lunch)
