Kicking off the 2017 Bristol Refugee Festival programme this free event will showcase creative writing, artwork, spoken word, film and music from refugees and asylum seekers in Bristol.

Borderlands will be launching their book of creative writing alongside artwork from their recent Rise exhibition. 

Speakers from Bristol Refugee Rights Voice Project will share stories and experiences through discussion and film.

Bristol Free Voice will be sharing their new project Voice Box, an interactive exhibit with different objects objects triggering different audio clips.

Musicians from LARA will provide music from different cultures.
