One of the highlights of the Bristol Pride festival, a special night of laughter with amazing names making waves in the comedy circuit with Jayde Adams, Mawaan Rizwaan, Suzi Ruffell, Stephen Bailey and Zoe Lyons

Always one of the highlights of the Bristol Pride festival, the team have pulled out all the stops for a special night of laughter with big names making waves in the comedy circuit and some old friends returning to celebrate the festival’s 10th Anniversary.

Hosting the night is Jayde Adams. Jayde has previously won the London Cabaret Audience Award 2013, 2014 Funny Women Award and The 2017 (Scottish) Sun’s Best Female Comedian and Best Show of Edinburgh Fringe.

First treat of the night is Mawaan Rizwan; actor, writer and comedian. Mawaan supported Simon Amstell on tour with his unique hybrid of confessional stand-up and skilful physicality .

Regarded as one of best up and coming acts, Suzi Ruffell was nominated for the Best Breakthrough Act at The Chortle Awards in 2017. Suzi has most recently appeared on Live At The Apollo, Mock The Week, Roast Battle, Ultimate Worrier, Hypothetical, Stand Up Central and Suzi Ruffell Live From The Comedy Store.

Next up Stephen Bailey, comedian, presenter, television personality and writer, whose friendly and open brand of gossipy humour has made him one of the UK’s most exciting up-and-coming acts in comedy at the moment.

Last but not least is Zoe Lyons. This award winning comedian has been “selling her comedy wares” on the circuit since 2004 and has become a familiar face on TV with credits including Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, Dave’s One Night Stand and Don’t Sit In The Front Row (Sky Atlantic). She also regularly appears on Mock The Week (BBC2).
