Lucy Reynolds and Francis Summers will consider and discuss the implications for the experience of time, the dynamics of attachment, and the relation of history with (counter) memory in artist’s cinema. They will introduce screenings of some important works of recent ‘found footage’ filmmakers, Martin Arnold and Peter Tscherkassky. This will be followed by a screening of Ken Jacobs canonical Tom Tom the Pipers Son.
