Sunday 11 April 2010 to Saturday 17 April 2010, 22:00

Artist In Residence
Mon 12 - Sun 18 Apr (Meet the artist on Thurs 15 Apr at 7.30pm.)
Emma Bennett is a London-based performance maker and artist. Her work explores the physicality of speech and the strange complexities of language. Each of her performances is built on an act of grappling - be it with difficult words or unwieldy objects. During her week long residency at Arnolfini, as part of the Lingua Franca season, Emma will be exploring the often simple or childish images which are used to illustrate philosophical concepts.
