Family Storytelling

Tuesday 28 October 2014, 09:30 to 10:15

Storytellers will amaze you, make you giggle and provide a morning of fun for under 5s.

Join us every Tuesday for storytelling fun with stories read by local children's authors or our friendly volunteers.

Meet in the Café Bar at 10.30am and follow us to our storytelling space where you'll listen to stories from beautiful books by local authors or carefully selected from Arnolfini Shop.

Room on the Broom by Julia Donaldson (read by Jay Osborne)

Join us as we descend on a magical ride on a witches broom. We will meet furry, sticky and feathered creatures in the deep dark forest. Don't be scared! The witch is kind but she will need your help to zap away a big, red dragon who loves eating witch and chips for his tea.

This sensory story is created to stimulate children's creativity, imagination and interaction with others.

So....grab your hat, cape and spell book as we embark on a journey full of magic and wonder.

Most suitable for ages 2-4 years.

This event is part of Family Arts Festival 2014
