An opportunity for schools and community groups to explore our autumn exhibition.

This Autumn Arnolfini is excited to present ‘The Most Popular Art Exhibition Ever!’ by Grayson Perry, a fantastic opportunity for us to welcome schools and community partners to explore our galleries.

What we offer:

Free exhibition introduction- FULLY BOOKED

We were delighted to offer 40 free introductory tours to UK schools, universities and community partners. These free tours are now fully booked.

We are now offering 30 minute tours for up to 30 people with a member of our experienced Learning and Participation Team. Exhibition introductions are offered during week day opening hours (11am-6pm Tuesday – Friday) in order to allow you to continue to explore the exhibition in your own time. Subject to availability of staff. 

Cost - £50

To book please complete a group visit form and email boxoffice@arnolfini.org.uk or phone 0117 9172 300 at least 2 weeks in advance of your visit for an introduction or workshop, and 4 weeks in advance for an artist led workshop. We will be in touch to confirm your booking.

 

Exhibition tours and workshops

Hour long tour and workshop for up to 30 people led by a member of our experienced Learning and Participation Team. Your group will have an in depth tour and take part in creative activities to help explore the main themes of the workshop.  Activities will visual literacy, critical thinking and responding to Grayson Perry’s work.  We are offering private and exclusive workshops about the exhibition on Mondays between 10:00 – 4:00 and every week-day morning between 9:30 – 11:00. For community groups that meet in the evenings, please get in touch to discuss the possibility of booking tours between 6:00 – 7:00pm.

Artist led workshops

Two hour artist-led workshop and tour, led by an ambitious contemporary artist. Bringing together artists and young people to explore, question and learn from one another. Artist-led workshops are tailored to respond to specific curriculum or group requirements. Workshops cost £150 for two hours and can be delivered either at the galleries or off-site.

Please read the guidelines for group visits before booking a tour or workshop. 

Limited spaces are available and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Arnolfini’s risk assessment is available upon request to assist you when you are planning your visit. We recommend teachers or group leaders make a preliminary visit to the Galleries to check that the content of the exhibition is appropriate for their group and to make their own risk assessment.
