“Armed only with ukuleles and chairs, the actors invoke a strange and colourful world” Le Soir, Brussels.
Alice Bell is Lone Twin Theatre’s debut. Five performers play out the simple but compelling story of one woman’s life, a story of kindness in the face of adversity. The company’s artistic directors, Gregg Whelan and Gary Winters have been collaborating as a duo for nine years, creating an internationally celebrated body of performance work. Alice Bell represents the company’s first approach on narrative-based theatre.
