Walter Forde was Britain's top silent comedian in the 1920s, signed to make a series of comedy features, something never before tried in Britain.

Wait and See (1928) was his first and perhaps best. Forde's originality and chase finale resulted in a comedy hit.

Introduced by BAFTA award winning film editor and Forde admirer Don Fairservice.
