Celebrate the inaugural National Writing Day on Wednesday 21st June at this FREE event featuring Jonathan Coe (The Rotters’ Club) in conversation with Nikesh Shukla (The Good Immigrant).

 

To celebrate the inaugural National Writing Day on Wednesday 21st June, join renowned author Jonathan Coe for a reading and public talk on the value and power of writing. There will be a Q&A session with Nikesh Shukla at the end of the talk, and the opportunity for audience members to write something of their own.

Supported by First Story & The Royal Society of Literature, this is a FREE event and is open to writers and readers of all ages. Doors open at 6.45pm, event will begin at 7.00pm. Reserve a space here.

National Writing Day is a collaborative initiative between First Story and partner arts and literacy organisations across the UK. It is funded by Old Possum’s Practical Trust and Arts Council England.
