Ballast Seed Boat Tours 2016

Working with the University of Bristol Botanic Garden, Arnolfini and Bristol City Council, Maria Thereza Alves created the Floating Ballast Seed Garden in June 2012. Constructed from a disused grain barge, the garden is populated with a variety of non-native plants, creating a living history of the city’s trade and maritime past.

See a selection of events spanning 2016 and explore the garden for yourself.
