About Summer Cuts

Showcasing some of Bristol’s most loved and celebrated DJs and live acts, each Cut features free daytime live music on the riverside with local street food offerings. Rounding off each night is an electrifying headline gig in Arnolfini’s Auditorium.

Who are Don’t Tell Your Mother?

DTYM is an LGBT+ Friends night in the mild, mild west...Bristol! listed as LGBT+ Friends because EVERYONE is long as you like a good boogie and smile lots. Expect glitter, pop bangers, sequins, delicious disco, glitter, rude R'n'B and all-around glamour.

Line up:

Headline act: POP HORROR (DJs and performers)

It’s summer '85 - it's time for the Hamilton High Prom. However, the school is built on an ancient burial ground, a Dead Prom Queen has just been reincarnated and there is a serial killer stalking the halls. But the Prom must go on!

Curated by Pop Horror on the back of their sold-out Bristol Pride after party, expect games, horror visuals and live performance, all in a club setting. Don your glitter, don your costume and come and get Carried away.

What is Don't tell your mother listening to? We met them to find out what is in their record bags. Catch up with them on our blog

Summer Cuts will also include take-overs from:

5 August - Young Echo Sound

12 August – Big Jeff
