UWE & Arnolfini present artist Anne Hardy, in conversation with Mike Ricketts, Associate Head of Art at UWE.

Anne Hardy uses sculptural installation, audio, film and photography to create sensory landscapes. Inspired by materials she finds near her East London studio, she ‘wants to give visitors the feeling that they are entering a dream-like world in which objects appear to lead lives of their own’ (Nina Folkersma, 2018)

Hardy has exhibited widely in the UK and internationally. In 2018, she has staged solo exhibitions at Leeds Art Gallery, the Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen in Rotterdam and Maureen Paley, London.
