Wet Sounds features a line-up of composers and producers from near and far – including Bristol’s dynamic French sound voyager H (ZamZam Recordings) and Wet Sounds instigator Joel Cahen –  whose specially commissioned performances can be experienced via three sound spaces in a swimming pool: one inside the water (through a sub-aquatic soundsystem installed for the occasion), one outside the water and one a merger of the two as the listener floats on the surface of the pool. As the listener moves in and out of the water, so they move through the three distinct sound spaces, navigating their own personal sonic route, augmented by a special light installation from visual artist Rod MacLachlan.
